I am Amy Wilson - a no nonsense trainer.

I've been a personal trainer since 2021 working with busy professionals in the District of Columbia. I also teach group fitness classes - with dogs and without!

 

Prior to 2020, I worked as a journalist and in the media industry across the world. I know what it's like to have 30 minutes between meetings to fit a workout in. I know it's often not about aesthetics or smaller waistlines, but about feeling better and keeping you sane! 

I won't promise you a "quick fix" but I will promise you a program you can work on - with me, or without - to get stronger, fitter and feeling better (hello endorphins) with every movement.

I have a Health Science (Nutrition and Exercise) degree from the University of Adelaide, and am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) with my First Aid, CPR and AED training.
